The Situation

Moore Response Management Group provides direct response processing, data management, customer care, and fulfillment services to over 300 clients across the nonprofit, government, and commercial sectors. Its competitive position depends on the accuracy and reliability of the data and reporting infrastructure underlying every client engagement.

Moore RMG had attempted to move beyond its legacy AS400 mainframe by introducing a VB.NET system alongside it. The hybrid approach compounded the problem. The two systems could not integrate cleanly, and staff were navigating a fragmented experience that consumed time and created inconsistency.

What We Did

One Primero designed and built a custom cloud-based management platform that replaced both systems with a single, unified environment. All AS400 and VB.NET data was migrated using secure ETL processes with end-to-end encryption. The platform's modular reporting framework enabled real-time, client-specific reports. A microservices architecture allows individual components to scale independently. A phased rollout with pilot testing and training ensured the transition did not disrupt client operations.
